Once everyone’s comfortable, we confirm your booking. We’ll agree on drop-off and pick-up times, feeding routines, and any special requirements.

Do you accept all dog breeds?
We welcome all breeds and sizes. We do ask that dogs are comfortable around people, since they’ll be staying in our home. If you’re unsure whether it’s a good fit, the free meet & greet is the perfect way to find out.
What if my dog needs medication?
No problem at all. We’re experienced with administering medication — tablets, drops, or topical treatments. Just bring everything clearly labelled with instructions and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I bring my dog’s own food and belongings?
Yes — and for food, we ask that you always bring your dog’s own. We don’t provide food ourselves, as every dog has different needs and we want to keep their routine consistent. Familiar things like a favourite toy or blanket are absolutely welcome too.
How often will I get updates?
We send photo updates every day so you always know your dog is doing well. If you’d like more or fewer updates, just let us know — we’re happy to adjust.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are fully refunded. For shorter notice, please get in touch and we’ll always try to find a fair solution.
Do you offer discounts for regular clients?
Yes — we offer custom rates for regular weekly clients and longer boarding stays. Get in touch and we’ll put together a package that works for you.
Is the meet & greet really free?
100% free, no obligation. We think it’s important for every dog to feel comfortable before their first stay, so we’d never charge for it.
Where exactly are you located?
We’re based in the centre of The Hague, Netherlands. The exact address is shared after booking. There’s free parking right outside and public transport at the door, so we’re easy to reach however you’re coming.
