How do I make a booking?
Fill in the contact form above or send us an email. Tell us your dog’s name, breed, the dates you need, and which service you’re interested in. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm availability. For first-time clients, a free meet & greet is always arranged before the first stay.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for boarding during school holidays and weekends. We provide personal, exclusive care so availability is limited. For regular dog walking we’re usually more flexible.
What happens at the meet & greet?
You bring your dog to our home for a relaxed 20–30 minute visit. Your dog gets to explore the space, meet us, and sniff around at their own pace. We’ll talk through their routine, any special needs, and answer all your questions. It’s completely free and there’s no obligation to book.
Can I visit before I decide?
Absolutely — the meet & greet is exactly that. Come and see our home, ask as many questions as you like, and only book if you feel completely comfortable. Your peace of mind matters to us.
What languages do you speak?
We speak Dutch, English, and Spanish. Many of our clients are expats living in The Hague, so feel free to reach out in whichever language you’re most comfortable with.
How quickly do you respond?
We aim to respond to all messages within a few hours during our opening hours (7:00 – 21:00, 7 days a week). For quick questions, the live chat on this page is the fastest option. For bookings and detailed enquiries, email or the contact form works best.
