What should I include in my request?
Tell us your dog's name, breed and age, the dates you have in mind and which service you need: boarding, daycare, dog walking or puppy care. Briefly describe his character and how he gets on with other dogs. Does he need medication or a special diet? Add that too. The more we know, the better we can prepare.
What happens after I send my request?
We read every request personally and check availability for your dates. You hear from us within 24 hours by email or chat. Are you a new client? Then we first plan a free meet & greet. We only confirm the booking once everyone feels comfortable.
How does the free meet & greet work?
You bring your dog to our home for a relaxed visit of 20 to 30 minutes. Your dog can sniff around at his own pace, and together we go through his routine, his food and anything special. The visit is completely free, with no obligation.
What does my dog need to bring?
Always bring your dog's own food, as we don't provide food ourselves. Bring any medication clearly labelled, with instructions. Your dog must be up to date with core vaccinations and treated for fleas and ticks before every stay. A familiar toy or blanket helps him settle in quickly.
What does it cost?
Boarding costs €59,99 per night, daycare €49,99 per day and a walk €24,99, all excl. VAT. Puppy care is priced on request. All prices and what they include are listed on our pricing.
