Drop-in visits are available across The Hague. Addresses within approximately 20 minutes by bicycle from HMC Westeinde hospital (Lijnbaan 32, Den Haag) are covered at standard rates. Further away may involve additional travel costs. Just mention it in the notes below and we'll work something out.

Before the first booking, I'll come to your home to meet your pet, see the space, and go through the routine together, completely free, no obligation.

What should I include in my request?
Tell us which animals you have, the dates you'll be away and how often you'd like a visit: once or twice a day. Describe the feeding and care routine, any medication and anything special, such as a cat that likes to hide. Mention your neighbourhood too, so we can see whether travel costs apply.
What happens after I send my request?
You hear from us within 24 hours to confirm availability. Then we plan a free meet & greet at your home. I meet your pet, see the space and we go through the routine together. We also agree on how I get in, for example with a key or a key safe.
How long is a drop-in visit and what does it cost?
Each visit lasts 30 minutes: enough time for feeding, cleaning, a health check and attention. A visit costs from €24,99 per animal excl. VAT, with a discount for multiple pets. You get a photo update after every visit. Also see our pricing.
What should I prepare for my pet?
Make sure there is enough food, cat litter and other supplies in the house, in a fixed spot. Leave any medication clearly labelled, with instructions. That way I can follow your pet's familiar routine exactly.
